As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customersPrepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications and maintenance requestsProcess customer requests, including account openings, online banking requests, and other servicesEducate customers about automated channels such as ATM, call center, and online bankingAttract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referralsMeet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetingsAchieve monthly targets for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking applicationsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) targetsRespond to customer inquiries forwarded from the call centerCollaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficientlyComplete mandatory training programs to stay updated on bank products and servicesAdhere to bank policies, processes, and procedures, both internal and externalQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the banking sectorFamiliarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies and proceduresStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in customer service software and CRM systemsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong sales skills and ability to meet targetsKnowledge of online and mobile banking platformsEmpathetic approach to customer serviceAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and bank proceduresSeniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesBanking#J-18808-Ljbffr
