A friendly, energetic Office Administrator to run all daily operational office duties, and calendar management, travel arrangement, and expense reporting. To support the administrative and day-to-day office tasks and act as the contact person for any administrative and maintenance office needs.The personDoes this sound like you? We'd love to talk!Excellent Communication skills and outstanding Customer Service SkillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong Attention to Detail and ability to handle Confidential InformationExcellent Time Management Skills, strong Prioritization and Organization SkillsAbility to Multitask; A proactive natureKey ResponsibilitiesTake ownership to ensure a highly professional and modern office appearance for employees and visitorsSupport remote teams as needed: may include welcoming visitors, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangementsProcess customer and employee access requests (such as access to rooms, access to events)Filter cold-calls, letters and visitors on behalf of the employeesCoordinate on-site meetings and events with vendors and employeesSort and distribute mail and distribute courier packages, memos and route documents; manage in-coming and out-going deliveries with suppliersManage storage and logistics inventory for office material.Manage the office calendar and meeting rooms, coordinate on-site meetings and eventsPlan and coordinate group meeting logistics and events within the Saudi Arabia areaOrganize files and file cabinets, work with HR and finance to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.Track and manage seating assignments, anticipate future space constraints with HRAssist in project management and oversight of planned future office moveOptimize and document office management processes and deliverablesWork on special projects and duties assigned as neededProcure business cards and employee badges for all Saudi Arabia employeesPreferred ExperiencePrior Office Management Experience PreferredAdvanced skills and experience with MS Office ApplicationsAcademic CredentialsUndergraduate Degree a plus, but not neededBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
