Oenologist - Wine Production SpecialistWe are currently seeking a skilled Oenologist to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wine production, from grape selection to fermentation and bottling. This is a full-time position with free visa and ticket provided for Indian candidates, and we particularly encourage applications from women.ResponsibilitiesConducting thorough analysis of grapes and fermentation process to ensure high quality wine productionCollaborating with winemakers and viticulturists to develop new wine blendsManaging the overall winemaking process, including crushing, pressing, filtering, and agingMonitoring and maintaining proper hygiene standards in the wineryMaintaining records of production processes and laboratory tests resultsEnsuring compliance with all safety regulations related to wine productionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Oenology or related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience as an Oenologist in a winery settingExtensive knowledge of grape varieties, fermentation techniques, and winemaking processesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as in a teamExcellent communication skillsFluency in English is preferred but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
