The ideal candidate must have strong functional and project management expertise, along with solid accounting knowledge and hands‑on experience managing Odoo implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Odoo upgrade project (Version 15 to Version 18/19).Conduct GAP analysis and perform complete requirement mapping.Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and existing Odoo implementation partners.Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure high‑quality execution.Configure Odoo modules in alignment with accounting principles and business workflows.Ensure smooth implementation for FMCG / Retail Distribution operations.Key RequirementsMinimum 7+ years of experience in Odoo implementation and project management.Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead.Mandatory experience with FMCG / Retail Distribution clients.Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debit/credit and double‑entry impact in Odoo.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Dubai for the entire project duration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
