Project Engineer | Proposal Specialist DubaiLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per monthJob Description:Our client, a prominent company in the gas distribution sector, is seeking an experienced O&M Proposal Engineer with a commercial background to develop and manage proposals for operations and maintenance (O&M)projects within the LPG, CNG, NG distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gas design engineering, with a focus on gas distribution and prior experience working in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage proposals for O&M projects in gas distribution, including LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), and NG (Natural Gas) systems.Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management teams to create customized proposals aligned with client requirements and industry standards.Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies specific to LPG, CNG, and NGdistribution to support proposal development.Review technical drawings, design documents, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Conduct on-site assessments to gather essential data for project planning and proposal refinement.Stay updated on UAE gas distribution regulations, industry trends, and best practices in LPG, CNG, and NG to ensure competitive, compliant proposals.Engage in client and stakeholder communication, handling negotiations and clarifications throughout the proposal process.Track proposal status, reporting progress to senior management, and contribute to the company's business development strategy in the gas distribution sector.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in the UAE gas distribution sector, with hands-on experience in gas design engineering for LPG, CNG, or NGprojects.Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to assess costs, risks, and project feasibility for O&M proposals.Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software, with experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications for gas distribution.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in O&M proposals or project management for LPG, CNG, or NGdistribution.Familiarity with UAE regulations and safety standards specific to gas distribution.Certification in project management or proposal management is an advantage.Benefits & Compensation:Competitive salary of AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per month.Tax-free salary in Dubai, UAE.Opportunities for career growth and advancement in the gas distribution industry.Similar Job Titles in Dubai:LPG/CNG Distribution Proposal Specialist DubaiOperations & Maintenance Engineer DubaiTo Apply:Please fill in all the fields and submit your CV to this job post.About Us:
