These positions are essential for ensuring network stability, incident resolution, and compliance with service levels.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a NOC Team Lead, you will supervise daily NOC activities, prepare incident reports, and liaise with client representatives. As a NOC Engineer, you will monitor network infrastructure 24/7, log incidents, and respond to alerts promptly. Both roles require strong technical knowledge, familiarity with ITSM platforms, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFor NOC Team Lead:Supervise daily NOC operations and team activitiesPrepare incident and escalation reportsLiaise with client representatives and follow up on ticketsEnsure SLA compliance and quality standardsFor NOC Engineer/Operator:Monitor systems and network infrastructure 24/7Log and resolve incidents as per SOPsRespond to alerts and service interruptionsCoordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams for technical emergenciesRequired Qualifications & SkillsNOC Team Lead:Bachelor’s degree in Networks, Telecommunications, or related field3–4 years of experience in technical support or operations leadershipFamiliarity with ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow)Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds or equivalent)Strong communication and reporting skillsNOC Engineer/Operator:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networks, or Telecommunications1–2 years of experience in NOC or technical support rolesFamiliarity with ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow)Experience or training with monitoring tools like SolarWindsAbility to work in 24/7 shift rotationsNice-to-Have SkillsCertifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalentExposure to enterprise-level network environmentsStrong troubleshooting and escalation management skillsGood documentation and process adherenceRecruitment Pro TipFor NOC Team Lead, emphasize your leadership experience and ability to manage escalations.
