This role ensures the smooth rhythm and flow of the space, exceptional guest engagement, team excellence, and the consistent delivery of Faena’s immersive and emotionally resonant atmosphere.Working closely with the Music Curator, the Nightlife Manager helps shape the nightly experience — from vibe and energy to programming and guest interaction — ensuring the venue reflects Faena’s artistic storytelling and high-touch hospitality. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of nightlife dynamics, strong situational awareness, and an intuitive understanding of guest psychology in high-energy, late-night environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise front‑of‑house operations, including floor flow, table pacing, and service timingCollaborate with VIP hosts to manage table assignments, guest flow, and coordinated arrivalsMonitor sound, lighting, music, and team energy to maintain the desired ambiance and room vibePartner with the Music Curator to align nightly programming, music direction, and atmosphereServe as the primary escalation point for guest concerns, resolving issues discreetly and with emotional intelligenceOversee team appearance, communication tone, and adherence to Faena grooming and service standardsConduct nightly briefings to share priorities, entertainment updates, and service expectationsSupport staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing performance managementDeliver in‑the‑moment coaching to elevate service quality and team confidenceCollaborate with bar, security, and entertainment teams to ensure safety, compliance, and smooth operationsMaintain an engaged floor presence to anticipate guest needs and enhance the overall experienceEnsure nightly reports, checklists, and logs are accurately completedAssist with venue readiness, opening preparations, and end‑of‑night closing proceduresUphold Faena’s signature standards for cultural energy, emotional engagement, and elevated nightlife atmosphereQualifications3+ years of leadership experience in nightlife, lounges, luxury hotels, or high‑end hospitalityStrong ability to manage VIP clientele, guest flow, and high‑profile relationshipsExcellent leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and situational awarenessMiddle East hospitality experience strongly preferredComfortable working in a high‑energy, late-night environmentDeep understanding of nightlife ambiance, music influence, and emotional guest engagementFamiliarity with POS systems, table management platforms, and hospitality operating systemsCharismatic interpersonal presence with the ability to read a room and guide team energy#J-18808-Ljbffr
