Night Auditor

OverviewWaiter/Runner/Barista/Host role with responsibilities across guest service, outlet setup, and cashier duties. Attendance at routine training sessions and ongoing awareness of menus and promotions. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the Food & Drink outlet.ResponsibilitiesAttend routine training sessions.Greet guests, present menus, assist with referrals, take orders, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.Maintain proper appearance and grooming while at work.Directly contribute to the timely setup of the outlet in line with meal settings and opening hours.Welcome guests, seat them through the host position, and ensure entry is never overlooked.Maintain a professional yet discreet relationship with patrons to ensure their well-being.Acquire knowledge of all menus, promos, and other outlet-related information (product knowledge).Report tidiness and maintenance issues to the immediate Manager.Handle guest issues as instructed or escalate to the Manager as required.Attend departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the team.Contribute to achieving or optimizing the monthly earnings budget for the outlet and monitor operating costs.Follow the firm’s internal policies and safety procedures.Assist in other areas as needed depending on the scenario.Be accountable for the cashier’s house fund and its safekeeping.Record opening/closing checks used in the Night Auditor logbook, ensure serial usage and proper accounting of checks.Print and tally transaction listings from card machines with physical checks and Micros readings.QualificationsJob Type: Full Time, PermanentWage: From AED 2,700.00 per monthExperience: Waiter – 1 year (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
