Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionContribute in defining potential new ventures that HS could pursueDevelop business cases for potential new venturesProvide enhancement strategies for current launched new venturesConduct market research on similar programs at Delivery Hero entities or other competition platformsIdentify new untapped user segments and potential new venture to target themPotential impact calculations of new ventures or sub featuresFinancial modeling for potential new ventures and featuresForecast current ventures financial, orders and users’ projectionsEnhance current commercial deals’ structure to get the best value for all partiesDesign levers to achieve financial targetsProposing and costing potential investmentsDevelop OKRs and targets for current and upcoming venturesWork with cross functional teams on shared targets and its way forwardDevelop financial performance reports and analysisReport on performance for leadership and provide insightsProvide senior management with the insights they need to define our strategy and next actions for current and new venturesDevelop clear plan to achieve OKRs and targetsMonitor and challenge the business’s performance, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysisFollow daily operations relating to the programs to ensure work continuityDeliver the senior management with ad hoc reports and other critical topicsDevelop comprehensive “Go to market” plans and execute on it with other functions including Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, fintech, operations and partnershipsDrive & facilitate key meeting cadences to manage executions including launching new ventures and interventionsProvide timely interventions to the business based on market situationEnsure enhancement of customer journey and overall CX through new ventures experienceIntroducing initiatives and executing it to increase customer base and uplift order growthSupport other functions in launching campaigns and featuresManage marketing activities calendars and propose enhancements to CRM journeysContribute to the development and execution of the Division’s ABCs and OKRs, while ensuring alignment with other Functions' heads.Make critical decisions that support the Division's strategic and tactical direction.Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure the achievement of goals and take corrective actions when necessary.Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote HS’s Values.QualificationsHave 4 years of work experience in a Tech company or management consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a strategic management functionProject management experience, leading cross functional teamsInternally motivated, energetic, and independent in handling complex problemsAdvance skills in Microsoft Office and Google Kit tollsBeing at ease working with numbers, creating complex financial and business scenarios, and using both intuition and data to make decisionsPrefer to have experience in SQL & TableauPrefer strength in Arabic and English contentBasic understanding of marketingBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is requiredPMP certification is preferredData and SQL certifications are preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
