To meet the support demands of our corporate customers regarding the problems and other requests that may arise regarding the systems that are running within the scope of the SLA, together with our other technical consultants in our technical team.To be able to set up and manage the above mentioned products and services in project-based studies,To be ready to work on a 7x24 basis when necessary,Periodically checking that the serviced products are working without any problems, stable and up-to-date, and developing effective and permanent solutions for the elimination of problems; To perform optimization and tuning operations on the established network.To follow up the support requests made abroad, when necessary, related to the products supportedRegular reporting and documentation of the work doneTo search for solutions to new needs that will arise in the systems under his interest and management, to take an active role in new projects that will occur within this scope.How Are We Looking For A Teammate?We are looking for experienced "Network and Security Consultants" teammates to work in our Zero Second ( www.zerosecond.com.ae ) Dubai Office.Graduated from Engineering faculties of universitiesAbility to set up and manage Microsoft server and client products,Resource management on VMware, HyperV systemsPreferably experienced in security systems installation and managementPreferably experienced in systems such as router, switch, CheckPoint firewall, IPS, e-mail gateway, web security, DLPProblem solving oriented and able to follow the workResponsible and prone to teamwork with the team manager and teammatesOpen to self-development and learningAble to adapt to dynamic work environments,Able to adapt to flexible working hoursFluent in English enough to manage technical meetings and studiesFor male candidates, those who have completed their military service or have been postponed for a minimum of 2 years#J-18808-Ljbffr
