The MDM Analyst will play a key role in maintaining and supporting MDM solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute to continuous process improvement, testing, and deployment of new enterprise applications.The MDM Analyst's responsibilities include:Assisting in maintenance of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (on-premise and cloud) to support business/customer goals and objectivesCreating and maintaining profiles based on clinical trial requirementsTesting mobile devices that are enrolled in MDM solutionsImplementing and documenting repeatable change processes and best practices for MDM solutionsUploading, updating, maintaining, and deleting Windows Mobile, iOS, and Android appsManaging users and device owners while ensuring user data is accurate within the MDMUnderstanding MDM reporting capabilities and providing status reportsServing as a Tier 2 resource for MDM reported cases and ticketsWorking directly with stakeholders and/or customers to resolve technical issuesWorking with vendors to resolve application related issuesCreating work instructions and QR codes for MDM processesPrioritizing and executing tasks in a time-sensitive environmentSuggesting, implementing, and remaining adherent to new policies and process improvementsProviding assistance with piloting and testing new apps for enterprise useQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience1-2 year’s system administration experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software such as SOTI, MaaS360, Jamf Pro, Mosyle, Esper, Mobile Iron, Air Watch, or Intune in a global enterpriseKnowledgeable in managing Android, Windows, and iOS devicesStrong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)Teamwork, time-management, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate highly technical requirements and concepts to non-technical stakeholdersTroubleshooting skills with prior experience troubleshooting technical solutionsHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong analytical and reasoning skills; creative and continually looking for ways to improve processesDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionallyFamiliarity with scripting, JSONAdditional InformationClinical ink is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against otherwise qualified applicants on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, age, sex, marital status, national origin, disability or handicap, or veteran status.www.clinicalink.comSales and SolutionsDirect 1.336.464.0697SupportToll-Free 1.877.254-8307Direct 1.336.464.0697#J-18808-Ljbffr
