The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, accurate load handling, and coordination with site teams to ensure smooth and accident-free operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate mobile cranes to lift, move, and place materials as per job requirementsInspect crane equipment daily before operation and report any defects or malfunctionsFollow approved lifting plans, load charts, and site instructionsCoordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors during lifting operationsEnsure safe loading, unloading, and positioning of materialsMaintain operational logs and basic maintenance recordsAdhere strictly to safety rules, company policies, and UAE regulationsHandle emergency situations responsibly and stop operations when unsafe conditions are identifiedEssential QualificationsValid Mobile Crane Operator License / Certification (UAE or home country)Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mobile Crane OperatorBasic education preferredMedical fitness certificate as per UAE requirementsSkills RequiredStrong knowledge of crane operations and load handlingAbility to read load charts and lifting plansGood hand-eye coordination and situational awarenessBasic mechanical knowledge for routine checksClear communication skills with site teamsHigh level of safety awareness and discipline#J-18808-Ljbffr
