Mid-Senior Sales & Marketing Professionals

Hire Resolve is assisting Sales & Marketing organisations in hiring experienced Sales & Marketing professionals for mid–senior opportunities across the UAE. This is a multi-role campaign spanning key commercial functions such as business development, key account management, commercial strategy, sales operations, demand generation, digital / performance marketing, brand & communications, product / industry marketing, and go-to-market execution.These opportunities suit professionals ready to lead initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and progress toward leadership pathways such as Sales Director, Marketing Director, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, or Commercial Director (depending on specialism).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver sales and / or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectivesOwn go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign executionBuild and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support acquisition, renewals, retention, upsell, and cross-sell outcomesDrive structured business development and account planning (role-dependent), including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reportingPlan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events, partnerships), tracking ROI and conversion performanceUse data and customer insights to identify opportunities, improve funnel performance, and inform decision-makingCollaborate with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial resultsEstablish or improve playbooks, processes, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth across teamsSupport leadership activities such as mentoring, onboarding, and performance development (where applicable)Maintain compliant marketing and data-handling practices aligned with the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where applicableRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field (MBA and relevant certifications are advantageous)5–12+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing, or commercial roles (mid–senior level)Demonstrated track record delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, or retention)Working knowledge of common commercial systems (depending on specialism), such as : CRM : Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft DynamicsMarketing automation : HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, EloquaAnalytics / reporting : GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BIAdvertising platforms : Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (role-dependent)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations and performance updates to senior leadershipCommercial and analytical capability to interpret data, build business cases, and prioritise activity for impactEmployment terms are governed by contract and applicable UAE employment law (including Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and implementing regulations).BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffTraining & Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
