OverviewWe are currently looking for Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) Accounts Payable Specialist for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.Job SummaryThis role is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process with all activities executed through Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) ensuring a fully automated accurate and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong AP expertise experience with Dynamics and a commitment to process excellence and compliance.QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldMinimum 46 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferably in a high-volume automated environmentStrong understanding of AP principles accounting procedures and internal controlsProficiency in Excel and ability to work with data exports, pivot tables and reconciliationsExcellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and organizational abilitiesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKey ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process using Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) including invoice processing approvals and vendor paymentsEnsure timely and accurate posting of invoices and payment transactions in the systemResolve discrepancies maintaining positive relationships and ensuring compliance with company policiesMonitor and manage AP aging reports, ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding itemsJoining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
