Merchandiser (Indian Nationals)Our company is seeking experienced Merchandisers to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to maximize product visibility and sales in various retail outlets.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective merchandising plans that meet sales targets- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for new products or promotions- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products- Negotiate with retailers for prime shelf space and displays for our products- Train and supervise merchandising staff to ensure they are following company standards and procedures- Collaborate with marketing team to create attractive product displays and promotions- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future merchandising strategiesRequirements:- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry is preferred- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with retailers- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Valid UAE residence visa is requiredWe offer competitive salary, accommodation, and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
