MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced MEP Quantity Surveyors to be deployed on an outsourced basis for our client in Ras Al-Khaimah, supporting a prestigious large-scale hotel & resort project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all MEP-related cost control, contract administration, and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimates.Review and validate contractor interim payment applications.Monitor project budgets and track MEP cost variations.Evaluate and negotiate variation orders, claims, and change requests.Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost reports for client review.Assist in tender evaluation and contractor comparison for MEP packages.Review subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms.Perform site measurements and verify completed works.Support final account preparation and settlement.Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and project requirements.Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure commercial control.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.Proven experience working on hotel, resort, or large-scale building projects.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.PreferredExperience working on client-side assignments.Experience in luxury hospitality projects.Membership in a recognised professional body (RICS or equivalent).#J-18808-Ljbffr
