Medical Manager - Wellness Platform

The company combines clinical expertise, functional medicine, and advanced diagnostics to deliver scalable digital health programs that support longevity, metabolic health, and overall well-being.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities (Virtual Care Setting)</h3><h3>Clinical&Diagnostic Expertise</h3><ul><li>Interpret advanced blood diagnostics across 50+ biomarkers and translate results into personalised care plans.</li><li>Conduct online medical consultations focused on chronic disease, prevention, performance, and longevity.</li><li>Provide clinical and wellness-focused feedback on lab results, ensuring holistic guidance.</li></ul><h3>Protocol&Program Development</h3><ul><li>Develop and refine signature digital wellness programs (e.g., longevity, hormone health, metabolic health).</li><li>Ensure all protocols are evidence-based, medically sound, and aligned with functional medicine principles.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Work closely with product, content, and marketing teams to ensure medical accuracy across the platform.</li><li>Contribute to educational content, supplement guides, and health communication materials.</li><li>Support the creation of website and app content related to programs, lab tests, and user journeys.</li></ul><h3>Care Delivery&User Experience</h3><ul><li>Guide users through their health data in a clear, empowering, and personalised manner.</li><li>Participate in online webinars, workshops, and virtual corporate wellness sessions.</li><li>Provide medical oversight for GPs and dietitians as the team expands over time.</li></ul><h3>A successful Medical Manager should have:</h3><ul><li>Licensed GP / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine specialist (DHA preferred)</li><li>Strong experience in diagnosing and managing chronic conditions.</li><li>Comfortable interpreting comprehensive diagnostic panels and designing personalised care plans.</li><li>Preferably experienced with peptides or willing to learn.</li><li>Strong interest in wellness, nutrition, longevity, and functional medicine.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex medical concepts.</li><li>Preferably Arabic-speaking.</li><li>Prior experience in digital health, wellness platforms, telemedicine, or integrated care organisations is a strong advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
