At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and requests.Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and official statements.Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media briefings for players, coaches, and management.Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, broadcasters, and influencers.Support the Media Center team in covering club events, matches, and announcements.Monitor media coverage and prepare daily/weekly reports on news sentiment and reach.Assist in developing media kits, fact sheets, and promotional materials.Ensure consistent messaging across all communications in line with the club’s brand.Collaborate with internal departments to align media relations with marketing, PR, and corporate communication strategies.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.Experience:3–5 years of experience in media relations, journalism, or public relations.Previous experience in sports organizations or high-profile institutions is an advantage.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging media content.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.Knowledge of media monitoring tools and digital platforms.Certifications: Certifications in media relations, public relations, or digital communications are a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience working with sports clubs, federations, or media agencies.Established network of media contacts, particularly in sports journalism.Familiarity with crisis communication and reputation management.Proficiency in content creation, including photography, videography, or social media.Why Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony.
