This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician with experience in mechanical testing and laboratory operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare test samples following approved work instructionsPerform mechanical testing such as tensile, compression, and machining testsOperate laboratory equipment, including autoclave, CNC, and UTM machinesEnsure all testing follows safety and quality standardsMonitor and maintain equipment calibration and performanceRecord test data, maintain logs, and prepare reportsFollow strict procedures to ensure accuracy and repeatabilitySupport laboratory documentation and reporting activitiesRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in laboratory or mechanical testingHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience using mechanical testing equipment and machineryAbility to read and follow technical procedures and specificationsBasic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practicesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Experience in testing methods such as tensile, compression, or CAIPreferred SkillsExperience with CNC machines, autoclave, or machining toolsFamiliarity with SAP or LIMS systemsWorking ConditionsBased in the UAELaboratory environmentShift work required (day and night rotation)May involve handling equipment and materialsSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to work in a modern aerospace manufacturing environmentHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV and relevant certifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
