Mechanical Foreman (Saudi Arabia)

Qualifications & Experience:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.5–8 years of hands‑on experience in maintenance of gas plants and pipeline systems.Strong expertise in maintenance of mechanical equipment, including:Static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, valves)Rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers)Experience using SAP PM for maintenance work orders, notifications, and history tracking is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for mechanical equipment in gas plants and pipelines.Lead and manage mechanical technicians and fitters, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, permit‑to‑work systems, and safety procedures.Coordinate with operations to plan maintenance activities, shutdowns, and equipment isolation.Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs.Perform troubleshooting and support root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.Verify job quality, conduct inspections, and ensure equipment readiness before handover to operations.Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and materials; support inventory control and spare management.Prepare and close maintenance work orders, reports, and equipment history records.Support plant start‑up, shutdown, and emergency maintenance activities.Provide on‑the‑job training and mentoring to technicians to enhance team capability.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong hands‑on knowledge of gas plant and pipeline mechanical systemsLeadership and team supervision skillsMaintenance planning and executionEquipment troubleshooting and problem-solvingGood communication and coordination skillsBasic computer skills; SAP PM knowledge is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
