The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in building and maintaining mechanical systems and components while also having the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Designing, developing, and testing of mechanical systems such as engines, machines, and tools.• Investigating mechanical failure or unexpected maintenance problems.• Developing plans for maintenance programs for existing systems.• Analyzing data from tests or experiments to determine the optimal design for a system or component.• Preparing reports detailing the results of projects or experiments.• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations when using tools or equipment.• Troubleshooting problems with existing systems and components.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred.• Experience in design engineering, maintenance engineering, project engineering, product engineering, manufacturing engineering or research engineering is desired.• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required; proficiency in English language is essential.• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is preferred but not mandatory.• Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw logical conclusions from them required; familiarity with statistical analysis techniques preferred.• Ability to work independently without close supervision; must be able to collaborate effectively with other departments as needed.We welcome applications from immigrants and are willing to offer relocation assistance if necessary.
