You’ll work alongside a diverse group of professionals who are as passionate about their work as you are.JOB SUMMARYTo prepare drafting deliverables, i.e., general arrangement drawings and fabrication drawings for boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skids, weld maps, bills of materials, P&IDs, etc., in accordance with project requirements.JOB DESCRIPTIONPreparation of fabrication drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and assembly drawings for boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, skids, and steel structures.Preparation of 2D and 3D assembly, fabrication, and detailed part drawings for mechanical components.Preparation of nozzle orientation drawings, support drawings, shell-and-tube layouts, and detailed part lists.Development of repair sketches, alteration drawings, and as-built documentation.Preparation of drawings for repair works, including patch plates, reinforcement pads, shell repairs, and nozzle modifications.Development of detailed welding maps, weld joint details, and weld symbols in accordance with AWS and ASME standards.Incorporation of welding requirements, NDE specifications, material specifications, and fabrication tolerances into drawings.Calculation of dimensions and weights, and preparation of material take-offs for estimation, purchasing, fabrication, and erection.Preparation of piping general arrangement layouts, P&IDs, piping isometrics, support details, equipment location plans, plot plans, orientation drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic tubing layouts, tie-in indexes, and tie-in packages.Ensuring all project deliverables are produced accurately and comply fully with applicable engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.Conducting engineering site surveys (domestic and international, as required).Performing reverse engineering activities and producing fabrication drawings accordingly.Coordinating with workshop and site managers/supervisors to resolve production and fabrication issues.Ensuring technical adequacy of engineering and design in line with cost efficiency, good engineering practices, and project-specific requirements.Preparation and finalization of “As-Built” drawings.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONDegree or Diploma in Mechanical Drafting or equivalent recognized engineering qualification.Proficient in AutoCAD, CADWorx, and Navisworks software.Proficient in MS Excel and PDF Editor.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS8–12 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.Significant experience in preparing fabrication drawings for boiler pressure parts, pressure vessels, or heat exchangers is a mandatory requirement for this role.Proficiency in reverse engineering of pressure parts, mechanical components, and assemblies is highly desirable.Marine/Offshore experience (shipbuilding, ship repair, and retrofit projects) is an advantage.JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLSTechnical awareness with a solid understanding of industrial standards and applicable codes for the Power, Oil & Gas, Marine, and Offshore sectors. Well-versed in key fabrication and design codes—including ASME, API, ISO, EN, and AWS—relevant to industrial plants and heavy engineering environments.Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes and standards such as ASME Section VIII, ASME Section I, TEMA, NBIC, and company procedures.Strong knowledge of welding symbols, fabrication processes, flange standards, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure drawings meet engineering and manufacturing requirements.Material designation and Standard ComponentsAbility to convert engineering calculations and design data into accurate drafting deliverables.Diversity and inclusion: We believe tha
