MECHANICAL BIM MODELER

<div><p>Develop accurate 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems using Revit and related software.</p><p>Produce shop drawings, layouts, and schematics from BIM models.</p><p>Ensure compliance with project specifications, GCC regulations, and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).</p><p>Coordinate with architects, structural, and electrical teams to resolve clashes.</p><p>Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and implement resolutions.</p><p>Attend coordination meetings and support seamless integration with other disciplines.</p><p>Prepare accurate As-Built BIM models and documentation for project handover.</p><p>Deliver high-quality BIM outputs within deadlines.</p><h3>Key Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling, with at least 2 years on GCC projects.</li><li>Proven experience with design consulting firms in the Middle East.</li><li>Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, firefighting).</li><li>Familiarity with GCC authority standards (DEWA, SEWA, ADM, etc.) and international codes.</li><li>Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul><p>Remote work option available for qualified candidates.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
