Our solutions enable clients to manage exposure, automate workflows, and improve transparency across trading and operational functions.</p><p>The Middle East and Africa represent a strategic growth region, with increasing demand for modern trading, risk, and ERP-integrated solutions.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>We are hiring a senior MEA Sales Manager to build and scale our commercial presence across the Middle East and Africa.</p><p>This role requires a seasoned enterprise software professional with experience in commodity trading, ERP ecosystems, or trading technology solutions.</p><p>You will lead regional market entry, strategic account development, and partner channel growth.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive MEA regional revenue growth</li><li>Develop market entry strategies for priority countries</li><li>Identify and close enterprise-level opportunities</li><li>Build relationships with energy majors, commodity traders, and state-backed entities</li><li>Establish and manage distributor or SI partnerships</li><li>Lead complex negotiations and long‑term commercial agreements</li><li>Provide regional intelligence to inform product and market strategy</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>10–15 years’ experience in enterprise software sales</li><li>Background in CTRM, ERP, trading systems, commodities platforms, or adjacent enterprise technology</li><li>Strong network in Middle East and/or African energy and commodity sectors</li><li>Experience selling into government‑backed or large enterprise environments</li><li>Proven record of closing complex, high‑value contracts</li><li>Strong cross‑cultural negotiation and relationship‑building skills</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic a bonus but not essential)</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation + commission structure</li><li>Strategic expansion role in a high‑growth region</li><li>Opportunity to shape Fendahl’s regional footprint</li><li>Exposure to executive leadership and global strategy</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
