You will support clients in deploying, understanding and scaling their AI infrastructure, enabling them to move from reactive to predictive operations within months.If you are passionate about Maximo, reliability, data, and the future of AI in asset management — this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & MAS 9.1 ImplementationLead or support deployment of MAS 9.1 AI Services including:Maximo Assistant (natural language interface)Work Order Intelligence (problem code & classification recommendations)FMEA BuilderEmbedded WatsonX LLM & ML capabilitiesReliability and maintenance AI workflowsConfigure AI features to align with customer business rules, asset structures and operating models.Intelligent Reporting & Data ArchitectureWork with Cognos 12 and DataMax AI to build:AI-driven dashboardsKPI reportingPredictive maintenance viewsAsset health intelligenceEnsure data readiness, integrity and AI model alignment across Maximo.AI Adoption & Use Case DeliveryTransform customer business processes by embedding AI into:Maintenance planningWork order lifecycleFailure analysisReliability engineeringAsset lifecycle managementIdentify high-value AI use cases and guide customers through their first 90-day AI transformation.Partner Enablement & Customer SuccessSupport MaxAccelerate partners with AI readiness, architecture and rollout planning.Train end-users, planners, engineers and executives on MAS 9.1 native AI + DataMax AI features.Assist clients in building an organisation-wide AI Operating Model.Required ExperienceMaximo & MAS5+ years experience with Maximo / MAS 8 / MAS 9Excellent understanding of Maximo EAM modules including Work Management, Assets, Job Plans, Preventive Maintenance, Locations, Inventory, ProcurementExperience with MAS 9.1 features is a major advantageAI & Reporting TechnologiesExperience with one or more of the following:WatsonX.ai (LLMs, data labelling, model governance)Cognos 11/12AI/ML-based recommendations or predictive insightsStrong data understanding (classifications, codes, data quality frameworks)Soft SkillsPassion for AI and the future of intelligent asset managementExcellent communication skills — ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical usersStrong consulting and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work with both technical and business teamsPreferred (Nice to Have)Experience with FMEA, RCA, and reliability engineeringKnowledge of predictive maintenance or asset performance managementExperience with Maximo upgrades, migrations or integrationsExposure to DataMax AI or similar intelligence layersCertification in Maximo or WatsonX is a plusWhy Join MaxAccelerate?Work with the global market leader in MAS 9.1 AI transformationBe part of the team shaping the AI-native future of MaximoAccess world-class AI tools (WatsonX, DataMax AI, Cognos 12)Deliver high-impact, real-world AI solutions for major organisationsSignificant career development in a fast-growing industry segmentCompetitive salary + global project exposure#J-18808-Ljbffr
