The ideal candidate will design engaging lessons, assess student performance, and foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in a supportive learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver well-structured mathematics lessons in line with curriculum requirements.Teach mathematical concepts ranging from basic arithmetic to advanced topics (depending on grade level).Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources, including technology, to enhance learning.Assess, record, and report on student progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.Provide additional support and tutoring for students needing extra help.Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that motivates students.Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline in line with school policies.Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, assessments, and academic initiatives.Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.Participate in professional development activities, school events, and extracurricular programs.RequirementsBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.Teaching certification (B.Ed. or equivalent).Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in mathematics.Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and teaching methodologies.Excellent classroom management and communication skills.Ability to inspire and motivate students to enjoy learning mathematics.Familiarity with educational technology and e-learning tools is an advantage.Work ConditionsClassroom-based teaching role.Participation in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
