Materials Coordinator

Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesEmployment Type: Full-TimePlease Note: Only candidates with experience in the furniture industry (specifically in fabrics, upholstery, and materials) will be considered.Key Responsibilities:·· Source, evaluate, and coordinate materials for various furniture projects·Ensure all materials meet brand and project-specific requirements·Maintain accurate records and inventories of material samples·Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely material availability·Liaise with suppliers to confirm specifications, lead times, and deliveries·Conduct quality checks and ensure consistency in materials across projectsRequired Qualifications:·1–2 years of experience in the furniture industry (fabrics, upholstery, and materials)·Strong understanding of fabric types, textures, and color matching·Familiarity with furniture design and production processes·Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills·Strong verbal and written communication skills·Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:·Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Textile Design, or a related field·Experience with inventory or material tracking systems·Creative mindset with awareness of material trends and innovations#J-18808-Ljbffr
