In this role, you will serve as a key custodian of master data quality across core operational domains including Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, and Inventory.Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and validate critical data objects that ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance across systems and workflows.Support smooth operational execution by applying validation rules, preventing duplicate records, managing approvals, and maintaining clean, standardized datasets.Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, and IT teams to resolve data issues, support process continuity, and maintain alignment across systems.Contribute to data quality reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that master data supports efficient operations and reliable reporting.Support system transformation efforts by assisting with data migration, harmonization, and readiness activities for ERP rollouts and enhancements.Help maintain audit trails, support compliance requirements, and uphold data governance standards across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a data‑driven environment where accurate master data drives better decisions and supports operational excellence.About YouDegree qualified, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in master data management or related data operations roles. You will bring strong knowledge of end‑to‑end process domains such as STP, OTC, RTR, HTR, or Inventory.Qualifications and experience:Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, process mapping, and data quality improvement efforts.Working knowledge of Oracle financial systems and solid proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.Experience with AI‑enabled solutions, automation platforms, or aviation industry environments is considered an advantage.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
