The role involves carrying out masonry work for residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship, compliance with project specifications, and timely completion. The ideal candidate should be detail‑oriented, experienced in a variety of masonry techniques, and able to work effectively within a construction team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform masonry work for residential and commercial construction projects, including brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and stonework.Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.Mix, measure, and prepare mortar, cement, and other construction materials.Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry structures.Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Report any issues, discrepancies, or defective materials to supervisors promptly.Assist in training junior masons or helpers, if required.Perform additional tasks as required to support construction operations and project deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications4–6 years of hands‑on experience in masonry work within the real estate or construction industry.Strong knowledge of brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and finishing techniques.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials and tools.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Knowledge of safety practices and ability to follow site safety regulations.UAE experience preferred.Basic communication skills in English or Arabic are an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
