You will work with experienced and result oriented people who challenge themselves everyday to reach new limits of success.Key ResponsibilityLead the growth of our retail partner business through leading issue resolution & identifying opportunities in collaboration with our partners and internal teamsKPIsOrders/Sales, ABV, Customer Retention/Loyalty, Cancellation rate, On time % & Quality & NPSWhat Youll Be DoingBuild, lead & manage strong relationships with chain HQ & store teamsDaily/Weekly/Monthly Business reviews and action plans executions on timeThorough data analysis using own expertise and with dashboard & BI teams to identify root causes of issues and opportunitiesEffective and quick execution of action plans with cross functional teamsStore setups enhancements to improve our customer delight & drive growth (in conjunction with Logistics where relevant)Support logistics team with instore challenges & opportunities to improve efficiency & cost/orderSupport catalog team in driving availability, reducing OOS, and more efficient processesSupport marketing partnerships team in co-funded/barter campaignsImprove Way of Working (WOW) with partners based on our company & each team KPIsEvolve our Account Management SOPs with Head of MarketplaceIdentify new services for all/specific partnersWhat You Should Already Have6+ Years of related previous experience in a similar setting, preferably with an online retailerAnalytical thinker, great planner and proactive attitudeEveryday 1% better mentalityTrack record of operational resultsAbility to handle high pressure in a positive wayQuick learning & executionAbility to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentStrong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownershipStrong command with tools of the trade (eg.
