Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote secure communication products, including chat support and VPN services.Manage the companys presence on digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (formerly Twitter).Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest data‑driven optimizations.Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and product launches.Operations ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.Coordinate between teams to streamline workflows and manage project timelines.Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including marketing materials and product resources.Support the onboarding process for new vendors and ensure compliance with company standards.Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in marketing and operations, preferably in the IT or technology sector.Strong understanding of secure communications products, including VPNs and chat support platforms.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software.Strong analytical skills to measure performance and generate actionable insights.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.Familiarity with cybersecurity or secure communication trends is a plus.Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing and operational platforms is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
