Overview We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Marketing & Communication professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and implementing an effective filing and administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organizationIdentify and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific ones related to each event separatelyNegotiate and handle with potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageous arrangementsSocialize and meet with potential sponsors and clientsFormulate all correspondence related to the sponsorship proposals, negotiations and othersAssist in handling events with the concerned departments within the hotel to make sure that all branding for sponsors is as agreed in contractsAssist in maintaining an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international in order to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotionsHost members of the media, strategic partners and top clients at property's functions / eventsAssist in the production of all promotional material, including gathering of supporting data and collateral materialTake photographs of all internal functions, banquet and conference functions and VIPs Education, Qualifications & Experiences You should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and preferable in Arabic as well. Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, vibrant and innovative individual.
