Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a prestigious hospitality group operating in Africa. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective marketing strategies that align with the group’s brand identity and business objectives. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the marketing and communication team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and coordinate events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires a passionate individual who is knowledgeable about the hospitality industry and understands the unique dynamics of marketing within this sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the creation and execution of marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospitality group’s properties and services.Manage and curate content for social media channels to enhance brand presence and engagement with target audiences.Coordinate promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and websites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to drive customer interest and loyalty.Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for ongoing optimization and reporting.Foster relationships with influencers, media, and partners to enhance the group’s visibility in the market.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all departments.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Excellent writing and communication skills to effectively convey brand messages.Proficient in marketing software and analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry and marketing.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team goals.Willing to relocate and work in Congo (DRC).Salary: USD 2,500 plus free Accommodation, Transport and Food allowance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
