Marketing & Communications Executive - (Luxury Yachting & Lifestyle Brand)

Sunreef Yachts is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to support and strengthen our global brand presence across digital, social, and strategic communication platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who understands luxury branding, enjoys transforming strategy into compelling storytelling, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will act as the link between content creators and marketing leadership, ensuring that Sunreef’s messaging remains cohesive, timely, and aligned with our international brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & CoordinationMaintain and execute a structured content calendar aligned with product launches, yacht deliveries, events and boat shows, awards, partnerships, and brand milestones.Collect and consolidate updates from internal teams including PR, creative & design, sales and dealerships.Develop and manage a content tracking checklist to proactively identify product and project updates, new hires and internal milestones, press mentions and media coverage, dealer and partner news.Social Media & Digital CommunicationsManage day‑to‑day activity across Sunreef’s social media platforms.Ensure all content is on‑brand, visually consistent, timely and impactful.Monitor and track inquiries via social channels, engagement performance and audience growth.Prepare monthly digital performance reports and share insights with the PR Manager.Propose new ideas and formats to increase engagement with clients, partners, industry media, luxury lifestyle audiences.Email Marketing & Campaign SupportPrepare and coordinate email marketing campaigns (e‑blasts) for clients, dealers, partners and media contacts.Work closely with PR and creative teams to ensure narrative clarity, visual and brand consistency, alignment with campaign objectives.Support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.Trend & Competitor MonitoringMonitor luxury yachting trends, digital marketing innovations and competitor communication strategies.Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve content performance.Identify new storytelling opportunities and keep Sunreef Yachts ahead of the market.What we’re looking for1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media.Experience in luxury, yachting, automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors (strong advantage).Strong organizational and editorial skills.Excellent sense of tone of voice, timing, visual and brand alignment.Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams: designers, PR, video and photo production.Experience with email marketing tools, basic analytics and performance tracking.Fluent in English, both written and spoken (French, Arabic, Spanish or Italian is a plus).Proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative team player.What we offerOpportunity to work with a globally recognized luxury yacht brand.Exposure to high‑profile international projects and events.Collaborative, creative, and international working environment.Career development within a growing global organization.Competitive compensation package aligned with experience.Why join Sunreef YachtsBe part of a brand that defines luxury, innovation, and craftsmanship.Work closely with creative, PR, and leadership teams.Gain hands‑on experience across multiple marketing and communication channels.Contribute directly to Sunreef’s global brand presence and storytelling.#J-18808-Ljbffr
