DescriptionJoin a global professional services leader committed to solving the worlds biggest challenges in the areas of water energy and communities.Our Middle East operations have an exciting opportunity for aMarketing Campaigns & Communications Manager in UAE.Role purposeThe purpose of this role is to develop and deliver fully integrated marketing plans that support UAEs business strategy. The purpose is:Design develop and deliver marketing campaigns that contributeto the growthand success of GHD in EMEA specifically in the UAEHelp the UAE business to effectively articulate our story through the right channels to win work support our clients and enhance our brandResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the implementation of an industry leading effective multi-channel marketing communications programme for the UAEDevelop and manage a series of multi-channel market campaigns designed to target key client groups and subject matter areasWorking with Market Leaders and BGLs in region support raising the visibility awareness and reputation of GHD across priority stakeholders with the aim of increasing engagement building deeper client relationships increasing income generating opportunities and enhancing GHDs impactLead UAE campaign execution and ensure these adhere to project brief and brand standardsContribute to and support the EMEA and global content planning calendar including all social media channelsUtilise Salesforce to nurture enquiries establishing a regular rhythm of content for various stakeholders and marketsAnalyse data to monitor the success of campaigns and ROI to optimise activities based on data-driven insights; implement improvements where necessaryWorking with key stakeholders support internal communications and planning where relevantLead event attendance planning and award submissions as requiredSpecific experience skills & knowledgeStrong ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically about the future opportunities for GHD across the regionCreative thinker and implementer always looking at new ideas for campaigns and thought leadership programmesKnowledge and awareness in our markets would be advantageousKnowledge and proficiency in Salesforce is preferredExcellent written and verbal communications skills including communication to a range of audiences and ability to articulate campaign objectives and drive consensus understanding and campaign successMeticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work and thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment under tight deadlinesWorks effectively with people and builds good working relationshipsStrong digital and technology skillsQualifications / skillsMin. 7 years of experience in aMarketing with successful delivery of large multi-channel complex marketing campaign programmes.Strong track record of working cross-functionally within a complex matrix organisationSuccessional experience in forming strong and collaborative relationships with team members across different regions and focus areasGood understanding of ensuring that marketing and communications activity aligns with and enhances the GHD brand strategy and is aligned the GHD growth strategyTake on some of the worlds toughest challenges- with everyone at GHD backing you every step of the way.At GHD we celebrate the power of a multicultural workforce and champion individual achievement.
