Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior Level)

These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles.Successful candidates will play a key role in optimising production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality, health and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operationsManaging production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flowOptimising workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levelsCollaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teamsImplementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring compliance with UAE labour laws, local health and safety regulations, and ISO quality standardsMonitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performanceSupporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigationLeading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, and plannersIdentifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventive actionsContributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvementsKey QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operationsExperience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing or Production ManagementSupply Chain Management or PlanningProcurement or Strategic SourcingLogistics, Warehousing, or DistributionOperations Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process EngineeringQuality Engineering or Quality ManagementStrong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations within the UAE or GCC regionWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologiesExperience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systemsStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, multicultural environmentsExperience in regulated manufacturing environments is advantageousBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffTraining & Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
