Manager - Utilities Management

ResponsibilitiesManage the enhancement of the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and Integrity planning & strategies, ensuring the maximization efficiency of the utilities facilities, compliance with the Company’s vision, mission, organizational objectives and HSE requirements.Manage the development of realistic long and short-term operational plans for the Utilities unit in line with ADPC objectives and manage the implementation of the approved long and short-term plans and ensure they are effectively converted into its performance objectives to realize ADPC Objectives and established service levels.Participate in preparation of annual and long term (5-year) Capital and Operating budgets in conjunction with both Operations team and Maintenance Manager.Manage the required analysis in identifying the root causes of incidents and implement the related prevention measures.Manage the Investigation of any variances to ensure effective cost control. Identifies areas of cost reduction.Manage finalizing all contracts & purchase requisitions.OperationsManage operational issues, follow campaigns-based maintenance programs, plant and equipment reliability data management and troubleshooting of the utilities facilities to ensure the integrity, availability, operability of facilities and equipment is maintained.Manage the coordination with Operations, Projects and Engineering Teams for providing inputs at the planning and execution phases of the projects, secure a proper integration and hand-over with the existing assets.Ensure that Management Information Systems and progress reports are prepared to provide accurate and timely reports and necessary information to Company Management to effectively manage the business.Liaison for planning and executing plant modifications and efficiency improvement initiatives, to improve the integrity of the Plant facilities and to minimize operational disruptions.Evaluate operational procedures according to specific operational circumstances, troubleshoots on problems and incidents associated with the operation of process equipment.Identify and analyze any abnormal operating conditions and administer counter measures in addition to providing written instructions/ procedures for such activities.MaintenanceManage Control and Automation Systems such as, Leakage Detectors, Fire Detectors, CCTV/RTU/SCADA/DCS/ESD/MCC… etc.Overview all O&M activities managed by the Service Provider and liaison with Maintenance Team on daily basis.Manage the regular and turnaround maintenance activities ensuring optimum levels of performance.Review, evaluate and recommend proposals for process troubleshooting, improving efficiency, safety in addition to the completed engineering projects.Strategic ResponsibilitiesPlanning for future infrastructure within industrial zones.Improvement of current UTS procedures related to Investors’ approvals.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor Degree in related field (e.g., Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering …etc.).Written & Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred.Minimum 8years experience in utilities.Knowledge of legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for the utilities Facilities/ Assets operations management as per ADNOC/ AGP standards.Familiar with AGA, API and ASME, as applicable to be considered as guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
