Manager / Senior Manager - Digital Government Strategy & Transformation

About the RoleOur client is supporting a prestigious government digital entity in the UAE to appoint a Senior Manager who will be a cornerstone in shaping the future of digital government.This high-impact role requires a strategic leader with deep consulting experience to drive strategic planning, orchestrate large-scale transformations, and engage with senior government stakeholders.The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, digital depth, and a proven ability to deliver tangible results in a complex, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Lead the development, refresh, and implementation of the entity's overarching strategy, including associated budget planning and operating model design.Transformation Orchestration: Take ownership of major digital transformation programs, from initial planning and roadmap development to value realisation and benefits tracking.Provide PMO leadership and oversee multiple workstreams to ensure seamless execution.Senior Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and work directly with C-level and senior government leaders, facilitating decision-making, presenting recommendations, and driving alignment on key strategic initiatives.Digital & Tech Steering: Leverage deep technology and digital expertise to shape, guide, and steer critical digital programs, such as digital government service transformations, enterprise-wide digitalization, and other tech-driven public sector initiatives.Qualifications and Experience7–10 years of experience, with the majority spent in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big4, or similar).Proven track record in leading strategy development, corporate governance, and operating model design projects.Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex transformation programs, with strong capabilities in project management oversight and value realization frameworks.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage senior executives.Deep, hands‑on experience in digital and technology projects, preferably within the government or public sector domain (e.g., digital government, smart cities, ICT transformations).Emirati nationals are strongly encouraged to apply, in alignment with national strategic priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
