Manager, Project Control

Penspen is looking for a Manager, Project Control for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.A PMC (Project Management Consultancy) Project Control Manager oversees planning, cost control, progress measurement, and reporting, ensuring EPC contractors meet schedule, budget, and quality standards, typically requiring over 15 years of experience in the oil & gas or construction sectors. He/she manages project controls teams, provides early warnings of deviations, and ensures contractual compliance.Qualification RequiredAny Engineering Degree from a recognized universityPrimavera P6/PMPExperience RequiredMinimum 20 years of experience in which 10 years should be in the oil and gas industry on a Project Control role and last 5 years should be in a managerial role.Good experience in handling large oil and gas EPC projects.ADNOC experience is mandatory (Candidate must have worked with ADNOC project within past 5 years with a proven track record).Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management tools and project planning software like Primavera P6.#J-18808-Ljbffr
