This role is critical in managing, upgrading, and delivering large-scale infrastructure works across our developments.Key RequirementsStrong Dubai experience is a MUSTProven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, Dubai Municipality, etc.)Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developmentsKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks, services)Lead design review, coordination, and approvals with consultants and authoritiesPlan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancementsCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authoritiesEnsure compliance with local regulations, standards, and authority requirementsMonitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and qualitySupport handover, testing, commissioning, and close‑out activitiesPreferred ProfileBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects in DubaiStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHands‑on, proactive, and solution‑orientedLocations United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
