Fuction Role.Incharge of façade subcontractor works on site reporting to the PD/PM and Façade Lead.ResponsibilitiesManage the facade subcontractor's execution work and coordination of other related scopesLiaise directly with PD/PM and project team for successful completion of the facade packages as per main contract program of worksIn charge of coordinating and handling the subcon and monitoring the different tasks (engineering, procurement, production, delivery to site and installation, in addition to subcon’s manpower site requirements) in line with the main contract’s program of worksDetail-oriented to ensure all potential variables are accounted forEnsure progress / workmanship and its compliance with approvals, project specs and quality standardsAbility to plan façade construction strategy and methodology considering different interfacing scenariosVerify and track façade variation orders issued to subcon for compliance and timely executionConduct regular site inspections with QC staff and identify potential quality issues and take corrective actions where necessaryAttend meetings with project stakeholders and provide regular updates / reports to senior managementProactive with forward-thinking skills to solve façade potential problems by addressing technical, logistical, accessibility and contractual challenges effectivelyKnowledge of façade access systems, equipment, and related temporary worksAdaptability to meet dynamic project demandsEnsure façade package close-out stage successfully accomplishedEffective project paperwork and contractual documentation management skillsSkillsStrong leadership and management abilitiesExtensive knowledge of facade systems and materialsAbility to communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and clientsProject management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyProblem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues as they ariseAttention to detail and quality control to ensure high standards are metBudgeting and cost management skills to keep projects within financial constraintsNegotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholdersUnderstanding of safety regulations and compliance in the construction industryTime management skills to meet deadlines effectivelyQualificationsbachelor or degree or higher in engineering / constrcution related#J-18808-Ljbffr
