OverviewManage supervise plan and monitor technology enterprise architecture practices at Employers level in close collaboration with the digital strategy section and Employers technology departments to implement Employers technology roadmap in line with Dubai Government vision and direction Employers business needs and Dubai citizens and customer expectations.RequirementsCitizenship: UAE NationalExperience: 3-5 yearsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized universityResults‑driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills along with a high degree of detail orientationFlexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple concurrent projectsInnovative problem‑solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaintsAbility to initiate and direct strategy and enterprise architecture initiatives and roadmaps in support of strategic and operational goalsHighly analytical thinker with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving and streamlining complex work processesKnowledge in strategy practices such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC), PESTEL, SWOT; enterprise architecture standards such as TOGAF and Project/Portfolio management practicesMinimum 7 years of experience as a senior enterprise architect or key role in an enterprise architecture functionGoal‑driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes and coaches employees to meet high performance standardsExcellent enterprise architecture strategy and project governance skills to develop and direct consultants and enterprise architectsExceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writingResourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleaguesComputer‑literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering a wide variety of applicationsBenefitsAttractive Salary range: AED 40,000‑AED 55,000 per month depending on years of experience.
