OverviewQiddiya Investment Company is searching for a skilled Manager - Catering Services to lead our catering operations, delivering exceptional culinary experiences tailored to a variety of events and occasions. This position is crucial in ensuring that our catering services uphold the high standards associated with Qiddiya while delighting our guests with innovative and memorable dining options.ResponsibilitiesLead catering operations governance across kitchens, dining halls, and food service pointsManage catering service providers' performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, KPIs, and SOPsOversee menu planning governance, nutritional balance, portion control, and resident feedback loopsEnsure food safety management system compliance in coordination with the Food Safety Supervisor and Quality/HSE functionsControl catering operational costs through wastage reduction, consumption tracking, and process optimizationEnsure staffing, training, and competency compliance for catering teams and contractorsLead incident management and corrective actions for food safety or service disruptionsManage all aspects of catering operations, ensuring quality food and beverage offerings and exceptional service delivery for all eventsDevelop and conceptualize catering menus that are innovative, seasonal, and reflect guest preferences and dietary requirementsPlan and coordinate details for events, including logistics, equipment, staffing, and service requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectationsOversee the training and development of catering staff, ensuring they deliver high standards of service and professionalismMonitor catering budgets, pricing, and portion control to ensure profitability while maintaining qualityCollaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to enhance catering service visibilityEvaluate event execution and gather feedback from clients and guests to refine catering offerings and enhance service qualityEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies throughout catering operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related)Professional certifications relevant to the role are preferred (e.g., HACCP/ISO 22000, NEBOSH/IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, IFMA, CIPS, etc.)Minimum 6 years of experience in catering/food service operations in large-scale environmentsAt least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multi-site catering operations or contracted catering servicesExperience with food safety compliance and audits in regulated environmentsStrong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client serviceCreativity in menu development and an understanding of current food trendsProficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis in catering servicesAbility to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellenceWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedulesBenefitsJoin Qiddiya's team and enjoy a dynamic work environment that offers growth opportunities, a collaborative culture, and the chance to make a significant impact as our future Playmaker!#J-18808-Ljbffr
