Management Consultant

<div><p><strong>Contract:</strong>12 months (with potential extension)</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are partnering with a leading consulting firm supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across public and private sector entities in<strong>Saudi Arabia</strong>. We are seeking a Management Consultant to contribute to high-impact engagements spanning strategy, operations, and organizational transformation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the design and execution of transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, and governance areas</li><li>Contribute to the development of operating models, frameworks, and process improvements</li><li>Assist in analyzing business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting implementation efforts</li><li>Develop high-quality deliverables, including presentations, reports, and documentation for senior stakeholders</li><li>Support PMO activities, including tracking progress, reporting, and coordinating across workstreams</li><li>Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across initiatives</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>3–8 years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles</li><li>Exposure to one or more of the following areas:</li><li>Business transformation</li><li>Process improvement / BPR</li><li>Governance, policies, or SOP development</li><li>Financial planning, budgeting, or performance management</li><li>Experience working on complex projects, ideally within consulting or large organizations</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>Ability to develop clear, structured presentations and documentation</li></ul><h3>Additional Preferences</h3><ul><li>Prior experience with government or semi-government entities</li><li>Exposure to large-scale transformation or PMO-driven programs</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or similar</li><li>Experience in the Middle East region is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
