This position demands a strategic leader adept at balancing sales, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance to provide innovative and cost-effective workforce solutions.Design and implement strategies to expand the client base and market share in manpower outsourcing.Prospect, pitch, and onboard new clients by crafting customized workforce solutions aligned with their needs.Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
