Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 05/20/2024Ability in removal/fixing of AC blower fans, cooling coils and electrical connections related to the cooling system.Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioners.Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.Adjust and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.Follow company policies and procedure guidelines for service fulfillment.Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.Performs other related duties as assigned.RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed.Fle xible attitude and ability to be a self-starter.Awareness of general health, safety laws and requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
