OverviewTitle: Maintenance Site ManagerJob Title: Maintenance Site Coordinator / ManagerDivisionKBR is looking for a Site Manager to support the maintenance of crude flexibility project critical equipment at Adnoc Refining Ruwais Abu DhabiSummaryProvide day-to-day management monitoring and oversight of activities for the maintenance and lead the complete team.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring maintenance resources provide a productive efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules across work areaSupport deployment of services in various areas as per workloadWill coordinate & support in planning of servicesEnsure that the services are performed safely and as per requirementsCoordinate with Site supervisors and keep daily attendance and report absenteeism. Coordinate with Supervisors for any requirement of any extended time work for any craft and arrange accordingly.Ensure the safety of all employees mobilized; ensure adequate PPEs as per the contractual requirement are availed at site.Ensure transportation arrangement for employees are well coordinated and they enter Refinery well ahead of time.Coordinate for any emergency transportation during duty hours and off-duty hours to bring people for site to Refinery and vice versa for emergency works.Settle grievances etc. of employees with management.QualificationsAny Bachelor Degree OR Diploma from a reputed university/ Institution.Able to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.Maximum 35- 45 years of age.Has min 10 years experience in working at Oil & gas industryHas a strong Understanding on HSE Procedures and compliance to RequirementsMust be able to lead and communicate well at all levels.Decarbonization Energy Transition SustainabilityBelong.
