We assist a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Partner with the bestAs a Maintenance Production Control Specialist, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials to meet production schedules. You'll leverage analytics and liaise with colleagues to implement process and procedural improvements. Connecting to the broader business, you will ensure on-time delivery for customers by forward planning, optimizing inventory, and supporting fulfillment.Responsibilities include:Providing maintenance planning documents to the workshop based on Event-Based MaintenanceCollaborating with AMO locations regarding Repair Material Authorization, logistics, and costsPerforming quality and service delivery checks on maintenance documents and system updates in MaPS / SAP / AWCInterpreting data, analyzing results, and providing weekly KPI Flash & ongoing reportsAnalyzing KPIs to assess the state of Production and DeliveryWorking with Supervisors & Leads to identify process improvement opportunities and modifications to aid in prioritizing business needsPreparing reports for management highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant dataCreating visualizations such as dashboards or graphs for stakeholders to track progress toward goalsApplying LEAN techniques to resource and document planningFuel your passionTo succeed in this role, you should:Have strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of informationBe adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings with analysis and summariesPossess strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesHave knowledge of LEAN processes and techniquesHold a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related IT field (preferred)Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different, and the way people want to work and perform at their best varies.
