OverviewLogistics Coordinator in Sharjah, UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goodsMonitor shipment progress and update stakeholders on any delays or issuesManage inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation of stockCommunicate with customers to confirm delivery dates and resolve any issuesWork closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goodsMaintain records of all shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and other relevant documentationResolve any transportation or logistics-related problems that may ariseEnsure compliance with all shipping regulations and customs requirementsContinuously identify areas for improvement in the logistics processRequirementsProven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar roleExcellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with logistics software (e.g. SAP) is preferred but not requiredAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExperience in international shipping and knowledge of customs regulations is preferred but not requiredPreference will be given to candidates who are Malayalee or Egyptian nationals, however, this is not a strict requirement.This is an urgent position, so candidates must be able to start immediately.
