Logistics Assistant

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Assistant to join our operations team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting daily logistics activities, including coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with the smooth movement of goods and materials.To be successful as a Logistics Assistant, you should be organized, able to meet deadlines, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipmentsMaintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and stock levelsPrepare and update logistics documents and reportsCoordinate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staffMonitor delivery schedules and report delays or issuesEnsure proper handling, storage, and labeling of goodsLiaise with supervisors to ensure logistics requirements are metQualificationsBasic computer and data entry skillsGood organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and willing to assist in operational tasksHow to ApplyInterested candidates with prior experience and freshers are welcome to apply.
